The many roles of a freelancer

As a freelance web designer I often find myself doing some things that do not normally fit into the job description of a web designer.

Today for example I have taken the role of video editor. I have taken some videos for the "Maiking Our Own Plans" web site and have found myself today doing a crash course in video editing.

Even though my efforts are far from being professional I have found some useful tips. I had to convert all my mpg files on my video camera to avi files as my video editor program seems to import no sound from the mpg files. After using various freeware and shareware programs I found this one which is completely free.
