Freelancing Nightmare

There are two categories of freelance jobs which make me cringe inside:

1. Finish my partly finished project for me. I got a bit stuck, but most of it is already done...
2. I bought this app which does almost what I need, but I need it modifying to do X, Y and Z.

Lucily there have not been any of these for ages.

I am just putting the finishing touches to a contract for a website that is based around restaurant ordering systems (top secret for now). The client wants the contract to include things like "infinitly expandable database! and !can take infinate orders simultanoiusly!. Just leaving out the infinate word as I think that this might cause some problems!!!!

Dell and Ubuntu

Dell has been selling Ubuntu boxes since last May. I think the big news is that they now ship with a customized 7.10 rather than the standered 7.04. One thing made me laugh though if you look at their web site and their video promoting Ubuntu
