Hello everyone
I have finally caught up with all the work that was due for SG. I can't belive people give such short dedlines and expect 3 days work to be done in a day whalst covering someoe for teaching. Anyway after a few late nights all is hopefully well.
I have just been doing some work when my sister told me to turn on the news to find out that London is under a terrorist attack. I sat around and watched the TV to find out that 7 or 8 bombs have gone off in London Underground and Busses in London. At the moment they are saying that there are 20 injuries and 80 casualties. Looking at the pictures I think that this is a bit of an underestimate.
I was a bit worried about my mates brother Jules who was working in Russell Square. Richard spoke o him and he told us that he was stuck in his office and the police had told him not to come out. Also we have not been able to get hold of Holly who was due to be travelling on the Underground at this time to one of the Underground stations that has been attacked. I assume that is because they have shut off the mobile phone network to stop mobiles being used in the remote detonation of Bombs.
From what I have heard the Police and emergency services have been great and handled the problem as well as they can.
I will let you know more when I do people.
